Why we built this
We built the firm we wished existed.
Elevated Tax Strategies started as a strategic-tax practice for entrepreneurs and real estate investors. Cost segregation became its own service line for a simple reason. We could not find a provider that published its methodology, stated its pricing up front, or was willing to put the audit defense commitment in writing. So we built one.
That owner's point of view shapes everything. Our studies are built to answer the specific questions an IRS examiner asks, not to impress a client who will never see the exam. Real photo evidence. Real court cases. Real workpapers. The kind of file that holds up.

Joel leads the cost segregation work and built the My Cost Segregation platform end to end. He handles residential and small commercial studies from intake through final delivery: the component-level allocation, the photo evidence, the permanence analysis, and the quality checklist that holds up in an exam. He was a cost-seg owner-client first, before building the platform he wished had existed.
Ramon Liriano

Ramon leads the tax practice and is the second name on every cost-seg engagement. He oversees the strategic planning work that brought most clients into the firm: entity structuring, salary optimization, and real estate professional strategy. On cost-seg work, Ramon holds the audit defense commitments for matters that escalate past the first exam.
