What if my property is worth more than $1.5M?

Then it is not self-serve. Larger properties need a custom scope and a required site visit, so the slider switches to a consult option. Book a short call and we will size the study and send a fixed quote.

What about commercial property?

Small commercial is coming soon, and mid commercial is fully custom. For both, book a time to meet with us. We will scope the work and send a fixed quote.

What if I need a change after delivery?

One revision included within 90 days of delivery. If you need more changes after that, or the property facts have changed, we quote the extra work for you before we start it.

Is there a rush option?

Yes. A 45-day rush is free when the delay is on our side. We only charge a $500 rush fee when you pull back the timeline mid-engagement.

Fee disclosure. Our fees are flat and fixed. They are not based on the tax position taken, the size of the deduction, or the result of any IRS exam. This keeps the study independent, as the IRS guidance prefers.

You cannot lose money on the study itself. Every price above includes The Audit Defense Pledge, in writing. Lose an audit on our study, with our numbers reported correctly, and we refund the study fee.
