The Partner subscription

A Partner subscription turns cost segregation into a line your firm controls. Take 20% to 40% off every study: buy at that rate and white-label the report under your own name, setting what your client pays, or send the saving straight through to a client who pays us directly. Run it all from the partner portal. Your rate rises with how many studies you do each year. Here is everything it unlocks.

Your rate is set by how many studies your firm does in a calendar year, counted cumulatively. Moving up is never retroactive, and once you earn a tier you keep it through the following year. Miss it and you step down one tier, not back to the start. It works for both ways to partner: take it off your own cost on a white-label study, or off what your client pays us on a Partnered one.
What that is in dollars. A residential Expert Reviewed study starts at $2,500. At the starting 20% rate that is $500 off, so a Partnered client pays $2,000 instead of $2,500, and on a white-label study you buy at $2,000 and set what your client pays. At the 40% top rate the same study is $1,000 off. Turnaround does not change: a partner study runs on the same timeline as any other study in its tier.

Why client-pays-direct matters
Your independence stays clean.
In Partnered mode, we never split fees with you. Your client pays us directly and your partner rate comes off what they pay, so no money moves between us and you at all. That keeps a clear line between your return work and our study work, so there is no fee-conflict question on the file. You stay in control of the return. We hand you clean, defensible work to attach to it. A referral fee on the free plan works differently: we pay you, so your professional rules may ask you to tell your client in writing.
Audit representation follows the same line. On a Partnered study your client is our client: Joel Salas, our Director of Tax, can go on record for them under a Form 2848 if they add Full Audit Defense. On a white-label study they are your client and not ours, so you represent them at audit under your own Form 2848, and we supply the study's documentation and technical support behind you. Full Audit Defense is not sold on white-label studies.
